Online model registration is open and doing well, but you only have a short while left to get those models registered for the show. We currently have about 1500 models registered, but we're expecting close to 3000. If you're coming and haven't registered your models, please get it done soon. The more we pre-register, the quicker and easier it will be on everyone at the show, to get you checked in and off to enjoy the convention!
Remember, you MUST Check in and pick up your packet and Badge, before heading to check in your models! We'll need to see your badge to know you've registered for the convention.
The online model registration system will remain available until August 7th. The developed have made the process as simple and intuitive as possible. If you used the system last year, it is largely the same, but we made some changes that were identified after the Madison Convention. You can use your IPMS/USA User ID and Password to access the system, no need to create a unique account. You can do it on you phone but if you have an Android device, know that the system works better on either the Chrome or Edge browser.
One request when you enter your models, please limit the descriptions you provide in the Model Name/Title field. We have separate drop-downs for Manufacturer and Scale, no need to repeat all this in the title of the Model Name/Title. Simple, shorter descriptions will help those building the awards program complete their monumental task, that much quicker.
You can enter models in the system at your own pace, you don't need to all be loaded on one sitting. Once saved, you can go back and edit, or delete them as necessary. Once you're ready, all you need to do before the show is download your forms and print them off to bring with you to Hampton.

No hard copies will be available at the show, but there will be laptops on-site to enter your models if you could not do it beforehand. Staff will also be available to help those uncomfortable with computers. We've got you covered!
